I have a few form 1's I submitted back on 6/22 & 7/1/2016... I still have no internal control number.
Is anyone else having the same delays? |
|
|
Doing a little fuzzy math I'm expecting my March 1 Form 4 back November 28th or around then based on current curve trends. I would not be suprised if that July submission does not go pending until February of next year or later. The curve is going to get steep as it approaches May 16 submissions.

Form 4 Suppressor to a Trust.
Check Cashed: 2-29 Letter Received: 9-23 Apparently the ATF is up to their old tricks. Although "One" is the correct model for a Form 3, its not correct for my form 4. I got a letter telling me to correct this info on my form 4. However they didn't include my form 4. |

View Quote In my (limited) experience the email should be automatically generated when the status of the application changes to "Approved." With that said, I don't know what sort of workload that system has right now, so there's a possibility that it's loaded down enough that some things might be delayed. Hopefully that email will show up sometime soon. At least you have your stamp - you can display and print the forms from eForms, you know... |
