I just got a super B from aim surplus and I don't know if this is safe to fire. I have another Super B, but the slide comes flush to the frame in the back. This one doesn't. Is this safe to fire? Or should I send it in for a new one?

I hear you can shoot 38 Super out of it.

Just kidding, don't do that.

After talking to a guy who builds 1911s for a living. It is not safe to Fire. Can cause out of battery and case head failure. Not interested in either of those things so back to aim it goes.
