1941 VKT made.
Shiny new bore, near 100% finish. I am a happy camper. 
No markings at all under the tang, this was how the top was stamped. 
New England Westinghouse liked letters with arrows, but I've never seen an M or W from them. The C is totally new to me. |

The C could be a later addition. The M is definitely New England Westinghouse.
