Have a CZ 455 w/ synthetic stock and threaded barrel. What scope and rings would you go with?

I have the 2X7 Leupold on my 452.

I have a VX2 3-9X on my 541T and I'm good with that. I would be curious to try one of the Nikon Prostaff rimfire scopes with bdc reticle.

I have the Nikon 3x9 bdc rimfire with a set of high warne rings.  Along with Nikons app, it's a winning combo.

I added a DIP 455/452/453/ 11mm Extended Picatinny Dovetail Mount to mine to make things easier and standard with my ARs.

From there pick whatever rings you want.

I have this mount on my CZ 452.  You have to know what dovetail you have (if you have one)  I am not familiar with the 455.  They make mounts for 3/8" and 11mm.. This is good hardware:

I also have a 3-9x Leupold on mine, and a Timney trigger.

I like to keep my scopes as low to the bore as possible. Both because it makes getting a good cheek-weld and proper eye alignment easier (especially on a gun like the CZ that has a straight comb stock) and because I find it aesthetically more pleasing. I also don't like mounts or rings that mark up the receiver or scope. I am anal about that kind of stuff and do find it makes it easier to sell later if I decide to.

The mount below will marked up the top of your receiver unless you do something to mitigate the mounts screw's being torqued down direct against the top of the receiver.

This \/ mount will raise up the scope a significant amount

For CZ's, I recommend you get a set of these Weaver adapters... J&P Custom Products CZ 11mm to weaver scope rail adaptors I have a set on my CZ-452 and they work very well and do not move once the rings are properly torqued.

For rings, you can go with any quality weaver style ring you like but I'm partial to Burris Signature Zee Rings. Their plastic inserts really protects the scope, not just the finish but also if you have any slight misalignment issues. If you go with some other brand/type of ring then I suggest you lap them. That will go a long way towards achieving some of the same benefits the inserts on the Burris rings accomplish.

Here's what that setup looks like...

As for the scope, that depends on your eyes and how you plan to use the rifle and at what distances? also, how much are you willing to spend? A lot of people choke at the thought of spending big money on good glass but the older I get the more I'm convinced that its worth it.

I'm a big Leupold fan and their VX-2 Rimfire 3-9x33mm EFR scope is a great general purpose rimfire scope. If this is a hunting rig that you want to keep light, their VX-1 Rimfire 2-7x28mm is a great choice. My CZ-452 American is pretty much used from the bench for target shooting only so I went with their VX-2 6-18x40mm with Adjustable Objective and CDS dial. I admit it helped that I found that one on clearance for 50% off!

VORTEX Crossfire II 4-12x40 AO Dead-Hold BDC
I have a 17HMR/22LR combo. Been really enjoying it in 17HMR, extra mag of the optic lets me stretch it out more.
Rings are High Millett. Looks high but lines up perfect for me. Have since removed the sunshade.

Looks like your scope still sits higher then mine and that extra altitude only cost you ~$70 more but hey, whatever floats your boat scope?

BTW - to answer the question you posed before... with the 455 line, CZ standardized on the 11mm rail.

Well, I'll tell you what I went with on mine:

Sightron SIH-Tac 4-12 (it was comparatively cheap and has adjustable objective while also boasting 4-12x)
Leupold rimfire 11m high rings

There's not really enough room between the optic and the rifle for the objective lens cap.

I was curious myself so I found some better pics of the EGW base mounted on a CZ over on RFC...

Honestly, doesn't look like the same base as in wildearp pic but its hard to tell from his pic? I like the way the EGW base mounts because it won't mark up the receiver like most CZ bases do but it still looks too tall to me unless you are mounting a large scope or find some really low rings?
