Update:  Yes, it does.  The buckles 'match'.  

Apparently Camelbak wants to be special and use a proprietary buckle lol.

I just tried the AO chest rig with my military MULE camebak, no go.

The MULE has a single rib on the female portion of the buckle but the AO female buckle has channel.

I haven't broken out any tools yet to make mods, just curious if anyone has the AO/Flatpack combo.
