The AR680 plates definitely are interesting. The full size plates offer weight savings over what other companies offer, but can they take the abuse? I have a few of these to upload. M80 Ball and M61AP came up first :)

Similar performance to AR500's III+? Didn't you push M61 through their plate with that M14?

Yes, but penetration on AR500A's happened with rounds that were almost 100 fps faster in some cases, and the core on that M61 was harder as well. Although those could have been flukes. The Israeli M61 registered 47C on the hardness scale, whereas the M61 from the LC was 58C.
