Does anyone have any experience with the TYR intermediate lower back IFAKs? Ive been searching for info but can't seem to find anything.  I'm trying to decide between that and the mayflower low viz. Pics would be much appreciated!

Crap,  definitely didn't mean to post that 3 times...

Here's a pic from my EE thread with the two side by side. As you can see I've been through a number of pouches in search of the perfect lower back IFAK.

Between the two, Mayflower gets my vote. I like the ability to quickly access it from either side without the need to find and unbuckle additional retention straps you can't see.

Have you seen this one yet? He makes it in two sizes. This I what I'm trying next, I'd also like to score an LBT to also try out.

Same here. Very low profile, keeps out of the way, and only carries the essentials.

I have one of these, the compact model.  I love it. Very well made, easy access.  I actually have been running it with the insert stuffed in my rear cumberbund instead of using the MOLLE holder.  Works great.

I'd  recommend the marz multi mode IFAK got mine from SKD. I like the fact that I can buy separate molle harnesses to mount on different rigs

This.
Mine is actually mounted on my second belt and no bulk is felt when sitting in a vehicle (and it gets pretty frickin' crowded in an armored vehicle in full kit).
