Are the HSGI shoulder pads a good upgrade from the pads that came with the APC?

The APC pads are narrowly set and abrasive, after three days my neck hurt a lot.

I use them on mine.  Still pretty narrow, but WAY better than the stock ones.

The blue force gear ones are really nice.  They are expensive, but they have a lot of padding, and most importantly, don't rub my neck.
