The APC pads are narrowly set and abrasive, after three days my neck hurt a lot.

I use them on mine. Still pretty narrow, but WAY better than the stock ones.

Has anyone used those coyote surplus shoulder pads made by Eagle Industries? They're going for cheap nowadays, but haven't heard much feedback about them.

The blue force gear ones are really nice. They are expensive, but they have a lot of padding, and most importantly, don't rub my neck.
