I don't know if this thing exists, or if I can afford it, but here's what I'm wanting:

- lightweight, minimal
- able to wear under a relaxed fit button down shirt or light jacket/hoodie (even with plates inserted)
- either has soft armor built in or built to accept soft armor
- option to insert hard armor as well
- cummerbund (hopefully with webbing or velcro since this is the only place I will put a pouch. If not, I'll just glue/stitch the velcro on)
- QUICK to get into (the getting out of part I'm not as worried about)
- grey, navy, or black would be great, but tan is okay if all other parameters are met

I like how it has a place for both types of armor, and the soft armor is removable for de-ordorizing, etc.

I guess this is the one to beat so far. I'll try and figure out how to rig something to the side to hold a pistol mag and tourniquets, etc.

Now to find a deal on some soft armor inserts. I wish Highcom sold them. I have a 25% coupon for them burning a hole in my pocket.

Mayflower LPAC or LPAAC. The LPAC you can get under a botton down more or less. They aren't terribly expensive either and you can get different cumberbunds for either. The first one I listed comes with an elastic one, the second comes with molle and has plate pockets.

I forgot to mention that you can buy soft armor inserts for it.

I have the TAG Havoc. Like it because you can have full BALCS/SPEAR panels in it, with plate pockets as an option.

+1 on the Havoc.  It is a good piece and gear and the price is right.  Even better right now with the clearance.  I have one and love it.
