Are all plates the same size?
Curious because of the 'perceived' size difference between something like the ITS Banshee and the SKD/Eagle. |

So, to continue the thread jack How much coverage would be the minimum? You have to turn, you have to sit, you've got a duty belt .... I'm guessing there is a balance. Do some people run soft armor on the sides, instead of plates? Just "to have something". What do most people go for? "I need to be able to reach ..... " "I need to be able to do ..... " |

I moved the med pouch back a ways. It doesn't really matter because I leave the pistol on the chest. Maybe its psychological, but it seems more balanced not have everything extra on my weak side you know? I used these mag pouches because I had them laying around. The 3 mag pouch I intended on using doesn't fit as there are only 5 loops to attach on the vest where I need six. I'm looking at other sets i can center a little better. |
