All the Pouches are Modular and can be attached wherever you want.

I shoot Rifle Lefty and Pistol Righty that's why it may look weird to some.

We donated a Khaki Double Decker Value Combo to ARFCOM for the Special Operations Force Breaching/Combat Axe Support Raffle..

I watched that whole thing waiting for her to shoot.

Then I thought of rule 34.

Also, I like that package deal you have, but was kind of wondering about shotgun ammo. Is there a package that has just the rifle tacos instead of the double decker?

OSOE Micro PALS chest rig
TT triple shingle
HSGI Bleeder.
I'm trying to resist the PALS-itis, but I might put an ATS CLAP over the mags.

My current Micro-rig setup.

1) OSOE Micro Rig (got it before the "Improved Micro Rig" was offered which is what I would go with now)
a) Can run AK / M4 mags - I was a little hesitant about this style of pouch but have really come to dig it.
b) Original S.O.E. Medical Rifle Mag Insert Tray with the following STUFFED in there (basically a V.O.K.):
 - 2 TK4 TQs
 - H bandage
 - H&H compressed gauze
 - Nasal Pharangeal Airway
 - 14 ga needle.
 - latex gloves
 - Duct tape
c) 1 ALS Smoke
d) In the wide pocket behind the rig I've got a small notepad, some pens/markers, multitool, 2 spare glock mags and EMT shears (not shown)
e) On the waist strap, I've got an older version of the C.A.T. TQ secured by bike inner tube for quick access.

Crappy cell phone pics on pink rigid insulation because I'm secure in my masculinity

How does that carry? It would seem to me you would need a counterbalance of weight in the GP to offset the weight of the 2 mag pouches on the left. Hope that makes sense? And I'm sure its not an issue because it seems to be a well liked viable product but, still I wonder.

I've never noticed any sag or need to counterbalance - the standard "X" harness works great - though at some point I'll probably step up to the "H" harness when funds allow to try that out.

xmikex let me use this rig for a day in a training class, because I did not have any thing to carry AK mags.
Carring 4  loaded 7.62 mags I thought it was very comfortable. Held everything in place and did not sag or move around on me.
And I was doing a lot of moving and laying on the ground.
I am looking at getting one of these for myself.
Thanks again Mike for letting me use this!

They will hold a 20.

I put a 3/4" tall piece of foam at the bottom to raise it slightly and allow 1" of mag to grab..

20rnd PMAGS with ranger plates are perfect..

Since we're on the subject, how well will they retain AK steel mags, Saiga 12 polymers, etc? I plan on getting quite a few of the pouches if they can hold them in place. I don't have the dexterous hands of a Korean tailor, so it'd be nice to have a 'one size fits most' thing.

I spent a week in the field running scenarios side-by-side Army SF during the Robin-Sage exercise using the rig below.

Never lost a mag, or felt like it was going anywhere.

Stupid ass Red Clay of Central NC will soak into everything..

The 8rnd and Shorter Saiga12 Magazines are perfect in them also.

And this guy who runs a AK74 really likes the TACO's...

the rifle TACOs hold mags very well. If you think the pouch is too loose you can always pull the shock corder tighter in order to increase the snuggness of the pouch. I've had solid retention using the same mag tightness for everything from aluminum AR mags to the polymer Saiga 12 mags.

I'm in the process of converting most of my pouches over to TACOs as Im able

The price for this complete setup is on our website, called the "Double Decker Value Combo".

I will not post the price as I will most likely violate CoC..

I will say, buying the combo you save $20..

It holds 33rnd glock mags "fine", but would like to see a taller version made for MP5 and longer Mags..

I'd have to double check UZI mags..
