I haven't done my own before, but I believe there are several DIY kydex threads on this forum. This one may be a good place to start:

I have, it is simple but you will need a few "specialty" tools. Once you get the tools out of the way you can make as many holsters as you need for very low cost.

For one holster the costs don't make sense. Maybe put a wtb request in the EE. Trying to save you time and money.
I've made plenty for most my pistols even though I only really use 1.  . I finally figured out how to make them with lights. Mine look professional. The hardest part is having the pistol or blue gun. If you don't mind breaking even about the third-4th holster than go for it.
