I replaced the FLGR on my S&W E-Series TA with a few Wilson parts. The countersunk and flush muzzle looks sexy along with the ringed plug.

Didn't own a railed 1911.  Didn't want to spring for a railed 1911.

Solution was a Surefire MR07 rail.  Came today.  Installed it over lunch, and I'm pleased with it so far.  need to get it out to the range ASAP.

Nice, I like, simple and "Low Luster". Also like the BDU's

There are some of us who still have a few sets in the closet.

cp

P.S. I would ditch the Full length Guide-rod, No real added value other than making it a bitch to dissassemble.

This is my first 1911 purchase.  I figure if I really enjoy what the 1911 has to offer it probably won't be my last.  Anywho, just a cheap Rock Island.  I got my VZ Operator II grips today.  I think they are really nice and go good with the gun.
