SACS can refinish the pistol with the green you request.

They've got a black/black operator now with a magwell, but not front strap treatment
I like the two tone. On my last one I left the magwell black, might do it again, just looking for different options. |

This is my Champion done in Birdsong black & green T finish, done when I sent it to SACS a few years ago. I don't know how close that is to the MC Operator though. Not a very good pic I'm afraid.

The whole idea of it in the first place was to simulate the gray/green color of the Parkerized M1911A1 receivers they used in the early MEU-SOC pistols, so really just Parkerized would be more authentic. But, if you want the OD paint, there are many to chose from in bake-on or air-dry epoxy. |
