I need some expertise on this P38.I took a few pictures and may have a chance to purchase it.Also comes with a 44 dated holster.Any info and possible value?

The 44 after the "ac" on the slide indicates it was produced in 44.  One year before production stopped.  (from a quick Wikipedia lookup, I am no expert.)



Machining looks rough, which would make sense if they were get hasty in 44.

I think your questions were very well addressed on the other forum you posted on.

This is a Walther (ac) code P-38 made in January of 1944 in the "a" block, which would have been the second 10,000 gun block made that year.
The grip on the right side has either been altered or damaged.
