Wanted one for so long...
I've been on the look out for a refinished mixmaster - just a decent shooter. Bonus points for some degree of originality. What I ended up with is this 41-42 Mauser, numbers match except for side plated and magazine, with two original mags, and the holster. Bluing is probably 90% if not more, normal wear like on the front sides of the barrel and the side plate. There are a couple of small rust spots on the backstrap but surprisingly all the bluing is there. The bluing on the toggle and receiver has this nice purple/plum tone to it. The bore is shiny with strong rifling. It doesn't appear to have been shot much at all. The seller claims it sat in a box in the closet and was never fired. There are no import marks. I spent more than I wanted to (hopefully not too much) but I'm really happy with what I ended up with.

Nice shooter, what did you have to give for it? Post pics of the mags and if they are plastic or wood bottom don't use them.
