Full size? Compact? Subcompact?

This is a nitpicky thing, but I think the correct terminology is DA/SA.

This or  a CS9. Those usually don't come cheap these days though.

Also a good thought.

They don't get much smaller than this. Very well-made, like a watch. I passed up a used one years ago and really regret it.

The S&W 3913 is small but isn't there an even smaller 3rd gen Smith?

A walther PPK is smaller.  Along with the Sig 238.  I think someone might have said that already.   But you have to go down in caliber.

Can we get a pic of your 225?    I'm kind of jealous.

Makarov PM or Polish P83 Wanad

Walther PPK if you want 380 or 32, Polish P64 if you can live with 9x18 and a Wolf spring kit.

In 9mm look at the 3rd gen S&W CS9 Chiefs Special. They were pretty small.

SIG 238 is SA only.

Wrong number.  232 I think it is.  Sorry, I was going by memory.  It's the one that looks just like a PPK.  But it's 9mm.  So to you.  I thought that was kind of obvious but I guess not.  They might not offer it any longer.  But it wasn't THAT long ago they were still making them.

232

Walther TPH is probably the smallest.

Another one is the Beretta PX4 Subcompact, but like most double stack guns it's going to be way fatter than a single stack.

The Walther P99c AS (lower pistol here compared to a PPS M1) is a double stack DA/SA striker fired pistol, but it is wide like all double stacks are, still thinner than the CZ Rami.
And it can use full sized P99AS or PPQ M1 mags with a grip sleeve on them.  Standard mag is 10 rounds.

3rd gen smith will be the slimmest.  Which is what most of us would seek. 9mm or 45 acp would be my pick but ymmv.

What about a Sig 224?  They also give you several caliber options

Yep. It can disappear in a shirt pocket.

Beautiful gun.  Along with a tiny wet can, it's as 007 as you can get.
