Bullet jacket material. Use any of the "copper out" cleaners.

That's mild compared to my .460 S&W. I run a brush through it, then let it sit. Run several patches through it until the patches come out clean then let the barrel sit with the solvent in the bore. Eventually I run wet patches through it until the barrel comes out clean. Then let it sit again. Finally when the patches come out white, instead of blue (from the copper), I run a dry patch through the gun.
