Vp9 or not on the list but a p320. I have the new m&p22 compact and it's pretty cool though.

I bought an M&P 22 and couldn't be happier, it's my favorite rimfire pistol.
I have a GSG 1911-22 that I can't really complain about. It's awesome too, but it's not quite an M&P 22 As far as full size M&Ps go, I like them....they feel good, go bang every time, I hit well with them, but I don't care for the goofy internal take down lever. This is not a deal breaker though I still enjoy the pistol. Although I'm a Glock 19 guy, It's what I train with.......I'm not so hung up on them that I can't own and enjoy other handguns.

I'd go M&P 22 so you can shoot and train with that less expensive ammo.
If you're hellbent on 9mm VP9 hands down

Probably the Witness. You can convert it to multiple calibers via new slide/barrel assemblies.
