Any Belgian under $500 is a deal unless it is seized up with rust.

just know going in that even the one's marked assembled in Portugal are made in Belgium...I have seen MANY ads touting the Made in Belgium only to find they are selling the Assembled in Portugal model...not that that changes anything for you as that price is nice if the pistol is nice...

The cheapest Belgian BHPs listed in www.GunsInternational.com are stamped "Interarms" imports and available at various Cabela's stores around the country. The CHEAPEST ones listed are $629. FWIW The only other one I've seen recently was a Belgian police contract 9mm pistol (BHP) with pitted slides which had been reblued for $699. Definitely did NOT look the quality of a Belgian BHP.
