Ok, I might have decided that a MK3 was a bit too expensive for my tastes, since saving up is not an option for me.

All I want to know is if basic browning parts (springs, extractor, takedown lever, and etc.) are interchangeable with the 98DA.
We know that FN grips and magazines won't fit, but I just want to know about the normal wear items.

I really don't want to be a guinea pig...

Will other recoil springs match the 98DA?

Are the 20rnd magazines functional with the Arcus?

I just think it's a sign that nobody owns an Arcus.  You might be better off buying one of the used imports of GB or picking up an FEG.

I am willing to take the risk, paying $320 + $7 KY tax for the handgun shipped is better than paying $249 + $20 shipping + $30 FFL transfer + $25 spare mag + $2 cleaning rod + the very much needed $17 spring kit + $7 KY tax...

The FEGs are all re-finished, with soft metal that can't take even one +P, and I would rather have The 98 with its chromed barrel.

I probably won't shoot it much anyway...

Thanks, I will try there.
