I like my CZ-75 more than my many Glocks and I shot better with it.

The newer threaded barrel tactical CZ guns have really caught my eye.

Glad you joined the club op. You can't go wrong with a CZ.

I set out Saturday on a quest for a base model 75B.  That's all I was interested in.  But then I saw a suppressor-ready Omega for $5 more . . .

Nom nom nom.

In all honesty, the Omega trigger isn't that great with a gritty transition before the break (also a long reset, but that bothers my son and not me).  But I understand that for $66, I can get a kit to fix that from Cajun Gun Works.

But OMG, it fits the hand so perfectly!

I sold my G19 after picking up my 75 compact.

While I like my CZ (not my CZ for much longer as she is taking it away from me so looks like I am going to be on the hunt for a SP-01 Tactical) I can still shoot my Glock faster, more accurate, and even with a CGW trigger upgrade package I still like my Glock setup more.  Do not get me wrong I really like the CZ it is a wonderful and bad ass pistol but to dethrone the Glock for me it is going to take much more.

Adding a little pr0n from my weekend acquisition.

One thing that is not clear about the suppressor-ready Omegas (and a few other models) is that the decocker can be swapped for a manual safety and the parts to do so are included.  I was thrilled about that since I prefer a manual safety.

Indeed. I would like to see a suppressor ready SP-01 in black though. Why just the "urban" color?

Same here. I've sold all my Glocks, most of my M&P's, and my beloved Springer 1911 (replaced with a 97B), all for my CZ's.... I shoot them faster and more accurate. I have one M&P40c that I carried ever day for (5) years before I got my first CZ, a P-01... But I know that the last M&P is going to go sooner or later and will be replaced with another P-01 or a P-02 IF I can ever find one... Now don't tell anyone else because that will just mean less CZ's available for you and me!

I had a chance to handle a CZ (p-01 I think) yesterday and it was way nice and felt comfortable in my hand. Next time I go shooting I will have to see if they have a rental to try out.I love my glock but have been looking to try something different lol
