Just going to shoot paper with it. I never had a CZ and want to get the most evolved Browning design out there. I think I have enough Polymer so just want a steel CZ75 variant.

1- SP-01 tactical   (I like front heavy guns)

2- 75B SA  (I like steel SA guns like HP, 1911 and Radoms)

One of my personal favorites is the SP-01, that extra weight out front makes a difference!

or you could get an SP01 with a safety and convert it to SA only..

I would go with the regular SP-01 instead of the Tactical.  You'll get a DA/SA with a safety instead of a decocker.  A few easy parts to swap out from Cajun Gun Works or CZ Custom and you have a fantastic trigger.

My preference is the 75, not the full dust cover models. A 75 shadow or SA 75 is a nicely balanced pistol.

Don't get the tactical if you are only shooting paper. The trigger action will never be nice as the safety version and its a bit more difficult to tear down.

How much do you want to spend?

For that much I want adjustable rear sight. Frame looks spray painted too.

The fixed rear sight on the Tac Sports is also a slide racker. It's a wonderful thing and it won't break.

I'm new to CZ's.

Why would you want to even convert it when you can carry it cocked and locked?

Aha.  Makes sense.

Awesome looking guns BTW.  What kind of grips are those?

The SP-01s are are a bit heavy for my tastes. I like the 75 series especially when they are Cajunized. The balance is perfect. Hold both in your hands and make the decision.
I have the 75BD and it is the finest pistol I have shot. To me it really isn't that much harder to take down. If you decide on the 75SA I think you should be GTO.
