Checked all over for burrs and lubed the crap out of it. New gun, only 50 rds through it.

When the slide hangs up pulling the trigger or tapping the side will release it.

Could be too much tension on the middle finger of the sear spring but any other suggestions before I try bending it back a bit?

So far only in manual cycling. I'm going to the range tonight and run a 150 rds through it and see if it hangs up during the firing cycle.

Should it not lock every time on an empty mag?

On an empty mag, yes.  On the disconnector, no.

My DW PM9 does the same thing. It doesn't affect function though.  It's not a high round count gun yet so it may break in, but as long as the gun keeps running fine it's ok.
