My son's Southpaw isn't a terrible DA, it just kicks like a mule b/c of the aluminum frame. |

The big rounded grips keep it where it should be in my hands. All other snubbies with small little grips try to rock back and tilt up when fired. So the hammer pretty much ends up in the web of my hand and I have to adjust my grip. The factory wood grips on the 206 look like they would make it hard to keep a good hold. |

 65-5 police trade in. Cleaned up really nicely and is going to fit the role of what i wanted perfectly, a slightly smaller option of my 686 to woods carry. Still thinking about going 3" barrel but it is a lot of work for very little gain for a woods gun. And some may even say a step in the wrong direction if you consider velocity. Turned out nice as a beater that i dont worry about. Ignore the buggered ejector rod, it came that way and have a replacement on the way. |
