I recently ordered a set of boot grips for my 642 and they arrived with minor flaws in the wood, not a big deal but for the price I thought I'd E-mail them to ask about it.

They responded within the hour and offered to make me a new set, as well as include a pre-paid return label!

They even let me substitute the new Crocback/stipple pattern for the older one and add the metal medallions at no extra charge.
