Sweet! I'll hold off on getting my third VP9. I need the grey and FDE ones.

4 additional mags... That should equal 6 mags for standard VP9 and 7 mags for the LE VP9. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Thats nice 4 mags That should equal 6 mags for standard VP9 and 7 mags for the LE VP9. I have been thinking about a P30 or even another VP9 since I gave mine to my daughter. |

Not selling what they'd hoped I guess. View Quote Glock is still the big dog and took FBI which HK couldn't even compete for. SIG took MHS and HSI and looks to be the "other" big name. The HK VP9, CZ P10C, M&P 2.0, FN 509, and Berretta APX are all "me too" guns that are going to struggle to find a niche without large agency adoption no matter how nice they are. It will be a similar to the fallout of the XM9 competition, where only the M9/92 and Sig P226 are still around and the Colt SSP, Walther P88, Browning BDA, Steyr GB, HK P9S, S&W 3rd Gen, and Star M28 all eventually died off. |

might be a mail in deal.....no way to get mags for guns already out in dealers and wholesalers hands...

I'm having a hard time deciding on my next gun. I really want a Ruger MKVI since I don't have a 22LR pistol, but a VP9 with a bunch of extra mags would compliment my VP9SK well
|
|
You missed the point. The pistols already in dealer and distributor hands would not have the extra mags.
So, the logical thing would send copy of 4473 and copy of receipt in with a form to get the extra mags to customers directly from HK. Thus avoiding dealers repurposing extras.... |
|
Hmm, I have a VP9 and have been debating whether to try a P30L or VP9SK. This free mag deal may force me to make a decision soon on which one! lol
|
|
4 additional mags is substantial. It makes a P30s V3 or another VP9 look even more appealing. Lawdy, I am perplexed between those two and a PPQ M2, and a G19. Oh and to complicate it even more Walther is offering a $100 Rebate I believe starting July 1, 2017. Maybe I will wait a little longer to make up my mind and who knows maybe other incentives will arrive soon.

well hell
I was on the fence about getting a VP9,guess this kind of settles things |

View Quote Warranty card and copy of receipt should suffice. H&K has no need for a copy of the 4473, there's too much info on it that's none of their business (DOB, SSN). |

I wish they'd do the $200 rebate again, like they did a couple of years ago.

What if I already have 9 VP9's and 50 mags though?
I'm holding out until I start seeing the VP9L and VP9 Optics Ready versions. |

What the eff. This is not cool. I bought all my mags for full price.
Honestly this is petty marketing. Not in the market till they pump out optic ready |

Wow 4 mags that's a great deal. I just bought the vp 9 tactical 2 days ago, I wonder if I call will they hook me up

Not selling what they'd hoped I guess. View Quote I've seen rebates and freebies on DPMS, Walther, S&W, Bushmaster, Springfield, and Beretta over the past month or so. And I was *this* close to grabbing VP9 #3 but then I learned of the VP9 (SFP9L) that's available across the pond. I shall wait for the VP9L. |

I wonder how many dealers will order these and take the extra mags out to sell separately. Shit used to happen with Glocks all the time. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes |

Hmmm additional leaks to follow? I could sure go for a good deal on a USP V1 9mm

Bump reminder this started today. I was at a gun show this morning and a dealer had a poster up from HK about the deal. I already had a full size unfortunately, but did pick up a VP9SK to try out.

Just ordered a P30 from CDNN for $599, they're also doing free shipping (except the $5 sig required fee). Of course the part number for the gun I bought is not on the HK rebate form I've emailed them, it clearly states any VP or P30, except for SK models. I should end up with a smoking deal on a new P30 with 6 mags.

Picked up my first HK today, FDE VP9 with night sights for $599. Between the three mags that came with the gun and the four free ones I'll have 7 which is a good start. Now to find some more.

ETA: They just emailed me back letting me know they added the part number. Props to HK CS. |
