Purchased a used M45 Ionbond 45, noticed that front sight is not glowing, I want to replace it with the same model. Does anyone know the Trijicon part number, or the measurements so I can replace?

Colt states height is .180

The front sight will require fitting

I would recommend giving Colt a call in regards to warranty service, even though it was used its still a defective vial.  If they don't want to help you Trijicon may be able to send you a OEM replacement.
