That would be the "Colt Government Model MKIV Series 70/Model O" owner's manual. You can download it from Colt's site  (after registering), or IM me your email address and I can send you the .pdf.

ETA- Assuming you're talking about the Wiley Clapp CCO or Gunsite CCO, both of which are Series 70 pistols

Not the wc or Gunsite model.  This is the factory cco offered in limited numbers a while back.
