Is there an online guide for me to date it? It does seem pretty esoteric to get a good read.

I have a 1970 PP, and would like to trade for some later model finger rest "banner" mags if the one I have is worthy of trade.

Bought many years ago.

Mag in question. Quick phone pics, sorry for the autofocus.

I'm not sure their is a way to date these mags. The PP was around for a long time.

You know, of course, that PPK/S finger rest mags will fit your PP, right?

Yes I do. Thanks though.

I was thinking it may be pre-war commercial, and thought someone might like to give it a new home.

I will look over at the Walther specific sites. Wanted to try here first.

Your PP magazine is pre 1945 production, probably 1940 - 1945, and of interest to collectors. Wartime mags are marked "m/m", postwar are marked "mm".
