I have recently purchased a 455 Taurus Tracker in 45acp. It came with no moon clips.
Everyone seems to be out including Taurus. They normally come in a 5 pack for 7 to 10 dollars. Does anyone have 1 or 2 or 5 they would be willing to sell? I like the gun but would like to have some moon clips to go with it, Any help would be apreciated. Thanks,

The speed loaders that work with Smith & Wesson usually work fine with the Taurus revolvers, I wonder if the moon clips for the 45acp's will work? I do see some of the S&W clips every now and then, it may be worth a try if you can find some cheap ones!

Have you tried these guys? They might be in stock:
http://www.uniquetek.com/site/696296/product/T1419 The gun will work without them. To unload, just open the cylinder, tilt the gun backward and shake the casings out. If one sticks, use something long and narrow like a chamber flag to poke the casings right out. I've used moonclips and they can be a pain to load and unload. |
