I know Uncle Mike's is hated, but I have a holster I modded for carry in the back ITW. I cut the mag holder off shortened the holster and cut a slot so it will ride lower. With the Bersa it's very comfortable.

If it works for you and is comfortable enough that you always carry, then it is not stupid.
