Check out ktmech I bought one of their holsters for the once a year idpa style night shoot my club does. It's for a g34 with tlr1. It shipped fairly fast and seams to be very good fit and finish. Although I've only used it once so far.

Are you looking for OWB? I dont know of many IWB holsters for such a setup.
If you are looking for OWB, look at GunCraft. They do great work but are fairly long lead time, however they have an option to accommodate your G35/X300. |

I believe JM Custom Kydex has that option available for their OWB holster. I have one for both my Glock 19 and my P220, without lights though, and they're awesome holsters. My P220 conceals as well OWB in that holster as it does IWB while being more comfortable.
