I like it.  How well do the leather belt loops do for holding it tight to your hip?  Maybe a picture of it on your belt.

Nice.  For your next one block out the ejection port more.  The trigger guard will have plenty of retention.

Also, lots of guys that use pancake wings run the rear one on the outside of the holster to help tuck the grip in some.  You may need to heat and shape your wings a bit for that to work though the way you made yours.

Also I just noticed your trigger wasn't as well blocked on the ejection port side as it was on the other side of the gun.  You want to have that area have no indentation that the trigger could press up against.  Both that and the ejection port could easily be "fixed" if you choose to with a heat gun and freehanding it.
