My new Springfield Loaded Operator is on the way and I need some mags since this is my first 1911.  Anyone have a lead on the cheapest Wilson Combat mags?  Most places seem to be the same as Wilson themselves at $33 a pop

My Springer came with a coupon for mags and accessories. I would take them up on it.

Brownells runs sells on the Wilsons every so often.  They also sell a 3-pack that may be cheaper than 3 purchased separately.  Also if you're patient and can wait, Wilson normally has great prices around Black Friday in November.

I can tell you ahead of time that some SA guns tend to not like Wilson mags as well as others.

My TRP Operator didn't

It LOVES the Chip McCormick Power Mags though.

They are also typically cheaper.

The pistol will likely come with a coupon for Springfield factory mags, which are Checkmates and work fine.

I've been using TSS Outfitters for WIlson Combat stainless steel 9 rd 10mm magazines. I get these from TSS for $32.88. That's the lowest price I could find anywhere. Most places sell these for $34 up to $40 each.

Have you tried Shooters Plus? They are my go to site for 1911 magazines.

Midway had SA factory mags on sale, they look just like my checkmates.
