lots and lots of places to look around.... look at the banner ubove with all the sponsors to start.
I like this setup as well for a duty/ range/ war belt -

I suspect that belt is 1 3/4" or 2" wide and that your other belts you would use for OWB carry are 1.5" or 1.25".

Point being you're going to be hard pressed to find one that works properly for both.
There are of course holsters with interchangeable attachments but the idea of swapping hardware every time you want to use a different belt is tedious at best.

I would plan on picking up 2 holsters, and would also give consideration to the one for the duty belt being a retention holster of some sort.

That's a duty belt 2.25". Paddle will work.

Does the width of the belt matter with a paddle holster? It doesn't clip on to anything, right?  Just secured by the paddle that goes inside your waistband?  I figured the problem with the duty belt and a paddle holster would be that the belt would be too thick to fit between the paddle and the body of the holster, but I really have no idea (hence this thread).

Most have some sort of tabs or ears that protrude away from the body and below the belt to help keep it on your body when you draw.
If they sit half an inch below the bottom of the belt you're likely to get a lot of shifting & potentially draw the gun and holster rather than just the gun.

The other issue is that a paddle won't actually be secured to the belt.
And in my mind, one of the nice things about a duty / war / range belt is that you can grab the whole thing as a unit with one hand rather than having to carry multiple items individually.

If you want to go super cheap, take a look at Tagua.

I would use the military type flap holster for the glock or the better pistol the Beretta

I have the M4 in hand right?

I like the holster. That drop leg thing is an abortion though.

The safariland ALS and SLS holsters would work great with the belt pictured above
