BTW... The Sig ammo is loaded rather hot.
Most all "new" manufacturers will load there "better than everyone elses" ammo hotter for the first years. |

The 124 grain might feel less snappy. Heavier bullets usually don't go as fast and therefore take longer to accelerate to their eventual speed. This makes the recoil impulse feel slower.
This is well know to competitive shooters and many select heavy bullets for their slower recoil impulse. |
