There's an add in the EE for a case of 147gr HST.

Why are you guys going with the 147 over the 124?  I also go with the 147 after reading the book below.  My sense
from reading it was that heavier was slightly better.

I will take the standard pressure 124 HST over the 147 any day of the week.
But that's because I like less recoil and hate the impulse the 147 HST has in my P30S

Lately though been using GS bonded 124+P that's 30 FPS faster and yet the recoil is still softer.

Interesting.  In my Glock 19 and 17, and various Sigs, the felt recoil of the 147 HST is less than standard pressure 124 HST.  I guess it just depends on the platform.

I agree- 147 grain has less felt recoil than the lighter pills.

Were you using 147 +P? Most people agree that standard pressure 147 has lighter recoil than standard pressure 124.
