Why are you guys going with the 147 over the 124? I also go with the 147 after reading the book below. My sense from reading it was that heavier was slightly better.

I will take the standard pressure 124 HST over the 147 any day of the week.
But that's because I like less recoil and hate the impulse the 147 HST has in my P30S Lately though been using GS bonded 124+P that's 30 FPS faster and yet the recoil is still softer. |

I agree- 147 grain has less felt recoil than the lighter pills. |

Were you using 147 +P? Most people agree that standard pressure 147 has lighter recoil than standard pressure 124. |
