I bought this at Walmart a couple of months ago for $119 
And this for $38 Strangely .22 LR was no where to be found even though their own inventory system said they had 10 boxes each of two different bulk packs. |

I was buying two boxes a week from Walmart for several years when it was $8.47/550rounds. Their shelves were loaded with it. My in-laws always gave me Walmart gift-cards for birthdays, X-mas, etc. and I would always use them to buy more Federal .22LR Bulk Packs. Of course, I shot a lot of it too with the kids and new shooters or just for good old-fashoned plinking. I still have plenty but even I have started to curb my rimfire shooting. I don't know how long my stash will last but I know .22LR will never get back to <$0.02/round. I would be happy if we could see a readily available supply of decent ammo at ~$0.05/round in the future. |

Walked in to Walmart had a shit ton of cci .22lr on shelf just stocked, bought six boxes and left that is all

Fuk WallMart, I can hardly get my ass into one of those electric karts let alone getting it in line at six am to score some ammo. Line is full of fuktards with racing stripes and fat tires on their rigs all ready in line.
I would have better luck driving north to Lewiston and hanging a "Work for .22" on my ass for ammo. . |
