I took out the mag disconnect and want to put it back in but can not get the spring to go into the right spot.

Can anybody tell me the secret to doing this?

Thanks

ETA.
I finally did it.

The key is not to try to put it together with the spring under tension keeping the mag disconnect in the soring loaded down position.

The key is to assemble the parts with one spring side in the groove in the plastic on the inside of the sear housing and put it together with the spring, mag disconnect and take down bar. Then with the mag disconnect bar being held by finger in the up position, take a small punch and push the end of the spring  against the small hole formed by curved part of the mag disconnect bar and the end of the spring will snap into position putting force on the mag disconnect bar to keep it in the down position when no mag is inserted.

Thanks, but this is an M&P 40 handgun

I should have been more specific.
