I got a Beretta M9 about a month ago and looking it over today, I noticed something a bit odd. It seems like the hole for the takedown button was egged out at the factory. I looked at some pictures online and it's very hard to tell. What do you guys think?

In the picture I am pressing the button in so you can better see the hole. I don't know how to take the button out so this is the best I could do.

Nope, none of mine look like that. Worried? No. Pissed that it didn't get caught by quality control, yes.

Yeah that's pretty much it. I figured that it would've been caught in QC. I wonder if this was a military M9 that it wouldn't have passed government inspection?
