Trying to help out a lady friend, her boyfriend has (what I've deciphered) a model 72, it has no magazine. She wants to get him one for it for his upcoming birthday. The only mags I can find for it that don't cost more than the gun is worth are the Triple K's, are they worth a dang? I'd hate to tell her "buy this!" and they are junk.

Saw those during my search, I'm wary though as the "real deal" mags usually go for $70+, and the Triple K's run about 40

I sent them an email as to who manufactured the mags, if they are real I'll order one for her!

ETA: I ordered one from them anyway, worst case its a Triple K mag and I'm no worse for wear than ordering anywhere else. Best case I get lucky and it's the real deal! Still interested if anyone knows anything about the triple K's though.

They have a horrible reputation among those whom have used them.

Seems to be the running theme with them, although some have eluded to them working (in other brands of .22's) ok with some fine tuning/polishing.
