My friend wants a P229 legion and I'm not that familiar with Sigs. What price should he be looking for? Is there anywhere online to get them for a better price?

Head on over to gun.deals (that's it, no dot Com or anything) and then call your local shops. Factor in shipping and transfer fees to the online prices if the local places don't charge transfer fees.
