I'm at work and we can do any firearm searches and I get spotty cell coverage at best. A co-worker has a P226 X5 All Around in .40. Never been fired except at the factory. What would be a fair price to offer him?

I Googled for you and prices seem all over the place.

I had another response that the pistol is worth about $800.

Made in Germany x5's have held their value due to some import restrictions. In the past year or so, I have seen the .40 be worth less than 9mm. However, i still think it is worth closer to $1400 than $800.

I think $1100 to $1200 would be a fair price.

ETA: saw that bud's sold a used one in used, 90%-100% condition for ~$1200.
