Is there a difference in firing pins between the two?

This is listed at Topgunsupply.com as "SIG Firing Pin - P225/226/228 Carbon".

This is listed at Topgunsupply.com as "SIG Firing Pin - P239/226/229 Stainless"

Are these two firing pins dimentionally the same?

These are pictures of the firing pin listed at other websites:

I believe they are interchangeable, but I suggest you call Top Gun Supply and ask them.

They know their business regarding SIG parts.

OK, just got off the phone with them.

The firing pins are dimentionally different and correspond to the folded vs milled slides.  There are still government contracts for the
P228 so apparently they do get supplied with runs of different parts, but they are so busy with the P320 manufacture, that they do not
do the classic series parts often.  I'll wait to see if or when they come back in stock.
