I have a 227 tactical and want to buy a 220 carry.  I'd like to know if I can swap slide assemblies between the 2.  It should work, right?

Yes, because both pistols utilize the same entire top ends.

Wow I never knew that. Makes it even more appealing to get a 227 as I have a stainless 220. I just keep hoping they'll do a SAO 227, preferably legion

It works .  Thanks America-first.  I picked up a P220 Carry SAO.  Pictures showed it to come with different grips but I'm really happy with these.
