Hi I am thinking about buying a MK 25.  Does the MK 25 come with the SRT installed or will I have to buy the kit myself.  The seller is out of State on a forum.  Thank you for any help or advise.

I have a MK25 and a Combat. I like the Combat better due to anodized frame and forward serrations on the slide. Internals are all coated the same. Trigger is the same.

Elite Dark. Winning.

I take it since you're adding it to your collection - you're interested in the slide saying "mk25"

Use "price matching" at Bud's to get the best possible price out there right now on the MK25.

I just checked for you and it is still available.

$918 for black.

$877 for the FDE.

Free shipping.

That's the cash price, of course.

I am not stuck on a MK 25. I just want a nice 226. The rail or the markings do not make or break it for me.  I have an original 228. I installed the SRT kit. Who knows what the future holds and I want to be able to shoot what I want with Hi caps until I am an Old man Now you guys got me thinking to broaden my searches. I will take a look at BUDs. Thank you everyone for your help!

I think the MK25 is the best 226 to date.  The 1913 spec rail is better than the Sig rail and my experience with 4 MK25s is that they are flat out work hosses!

I had one last week that that had weak and erratic ejection for the first 150 rounds or so, but perfect after that.  I've been around the same amount of new Gen4 17s and the MK25s out-perform them in every way.

I bought the MK 25 because of the rail. And I had never owned a Sig. I shot mine today for the first time and I am very impressed with everything, trigger, accuracy, ease of takedown and more. The only downside is the magazines are outrageous in price. I will probably buy another Sig based on my experiece with the 226 Mk 25 !

Right now CDNN has these Mags on sale until Monday.  I have some for my 228 and they are exactas the factory.  They just don't say Sig Sauer on them

I love my MK25! I bought it as a suppressor host, and I'm thinking about getting
a SRT and a non-threaded barrel for 3 gun

I myself prefer the non rail German guns from the 90's and early 2000's. The 228 is my favorite sidearm and I just scored a mint 2 tone P229. I have been hunting a factory nickel 228, if anyone knows of one I will gladly give a finders fee or steak supper and a cold beverage if local. Buds is GTG. Their price matching has helped me max out several credit cards over the years, lol!!!!!
