Trijicon HDs have become my go to irons on everything since I first handled a pistol with them. I was all set to order up a pair for the new 320 when I read a review that said they will change the point of aim on the 320. I figured if I got the right set (#8/#8), they would be good to go, but it is cheap insurance to ask here before I buy. They would be for a 9mm compact, BTW.

Haven't changed sights on mine yet so I can't say for certain, but I think that reviewer probably ordered the wrong sight height. The stamps on the sights can be aweful hard to read. For the rear on mine, I had to take a picture on my phone & blow it up to tell if it was a 6 or an 8. And my eyes are fine.
