I will get some better Pictures of the Nickel One This Weekend those were 3 Quick Cell Phone Pics. And I will be Picking up the Black P226 Saturday had to do the 3 Day wait on it

Other than GunBroker and face to face sales, where can one find W. German Sigs for sale? I was going to trade my G17 towards one and the guy backed out.
 After all the reading I did, I get a little excited about it.

The Other Place as You Mentioned is GB Auction Site but Most Everyone on there is Darn Proud of their Stuff! I got a better deal on the Black One for 525.00 Shipped Plus My FFL Fees of 25.00 so I have 550.00 in the Black One. If You have a Face Book Account there are Gun Groups on There You just have to do a Search for Them and Request They add You to The Group. I have seen a lot of deals on those Groups within a 100 Miles or less. Good Luck with Your Search |

I remember $350 10yrs ago (black model). Sold it later a year later. Seeing these make me want another for keeps.

Nice .I generally am not a big fan of nickel but that all works well for me
When I used to help out my buddy in his shop he would buy lots of refirbs from Sig and he got to be known as a Sig guy so lots of other older Sigs would pass through also . We never did figure out if it was just because they were built better or because they had smoothed themselves out by being shot but generally the smoothness of the actions and the triggers of the older guns and specifically the West German ones were way better. I have a feeling it is a bit of both. I bought a older 225 (single stack 9mm ) that isn't real pretty but defines smooth . I still kick myself for passing on a silky smooth 220 . |
