The "good" ones marked 03...everywhere online I look people are either just dumping their old ones or don't specify what "generation" they are.

Any known suppliers yet?

Brownells would be where I would order from.

The best thing to do at this point is buy whatever revision mags you can get the cheapest and mail them back to Glock CS to be exchanged for the latest revision.
It will take a while to get all of the old stock flushed out of the supply chain.

What's wrong with the last generation? I bought 4 extras from CDNN.

Call Brownells. They sold me old stock and I returned them. They are just selling what they have/get.

I was in Cabela's yesterday and they had a row of G42 mags, about 2/3 were the newest 03 revision.   Probably had a dozen in stock.

I have one gen 01 and two gen 02. Replaced the followers and springs with magguts (http://magguts.com/shop/glock-42) giving me one extra round in standard body length. No issues whatsoever.

That's what I did. Traded in 7 revision 2 magazines for Revision 3 mags. Took a week to get them back.
